1. 1868 - Cape Coast Chiefs Kweku Atta and Kwofi Amoa were outlawed for treason.

2. 1966 - The Preventative Detention Act was revoked by the National Liberation Council (NLC).

3. 1978 - Leaders of the anti-Unigov movement including Prof. Adu-Boahen and Komla     Gbedemah arrested.
